Preferences

Preferences is the hub for everything configurable. Tap the 3-dot menu at the top right, then Preferences. The same menu also holds About and Logout.

Region

Your region is shown but read-only — it's fixed by the phone number you verified with. Tap the info icon to see why it can't be changed here, and contact support if you genuinely need it moved.

Language

Choose the app language: English, Norsk or العربية.

Key labels such as Language, Preferences, About and Logout show the English word alongside the local word, so you can still find your way if the app is in a language you don't read.

1. Preferences → Language
2. Pick your language. The app updates immediately.

Folder layout

Choose how invoices are grouped inside folders:

• Supplier, then month & year, or
• Month & year, then supplier

1. Preferences → Folder layout
2. Pick the order you prefer.

App lock

Protect the app with a PIN so it asks for a code each time it opens.

1. Preferences → App lock
2. Tap Set up or Change and enter a PIN, or Turn off to remove it.

Connections

This is where you link the organisations you receive invoices for. It has its own page — see Connect to PEPPOL.

About and Logout

About shows the app version plus legal and contact information — useful to quote if you're writing to support. Logout signs you out; you'll sign back in with your phone number and a fresh SMS code.
