The home screen & folders

The organisation switcher, the totals card, Received and Sent, and how invoices are grouped into folders.

On this page

The organisation switcher

The header shows your phone number and the active organisation. If you have more than one connection, tap it to switch companies.

You always see the invoices of exactly one organisation at a time. If an invoice you expect is missing, the first thing to check is that the right company is active.

Received and Sent

Two tabs sit below the summary:

  • Received — invoices sent to you.
  • Sent — invoices you have issued.

The tabs are hidden while you have no invoices at all; you'll see a "No documents yet" message instead.

The totals card

A card at the top summarises the money that matters:

Block Shows
YOU OWE Unpaid and Past due — bills you have received
OWED TO YOU Customers unpaid and Customers overdue — invoices you sent

The folders

Invoices are grouped into folders automatically:

  • Past due invoices — overdue and still unpaid
  • Unpaid invoices — not yet due, still unpaid
  • Paid invoices — fully settled
  • Credit notes — credit notes you received
  • Refunds — refunds you issued

Open a folder to drill down — by supplier, then by month, or the other way round depending on your Folder layout setting. See Preferences to change the order.

Opening an invoice

Tap any row to open the full document — supplier, amount, due date, line items and its paid or past-due status.

Where the sender supports it, the invoice renders as a dynamic document: you can expand a line to see what it is actually made of rather than reading a flat total. Every document also has a PDF, generated and archived automatically, which you can view and save to your device.

Search and analytics

Use search to find a specific invoice, and the analytics area for an overview of what you're spending and with whom.
